The DC/MD P4C Team will be shutting down The Washington Home & Community Hospices in DC on Feb. 5, 2012 from 3-5pm for The COMMUNITY CARES MOVEMENT!!!

We will be providing such activities like cards, board games, causal conversation, walks and bright smiles. If you would like to donate activities to the DC/MD team please contact QB4S at (202) 905-4482.
